While the Pathfinder Career System is intended for use with senior and executive level managers, it is equally appropriate for all levels in the organization.

The majority of our clients is either sponsored by their organization or participate in our services as part of a larger consulting engagement we have with the corporation. This does not mean you are not entitled to engage in the Pathfinder Career System process as an independent person. Some of our best success has been with those individuals who choose to invest in their "career future".

Research Studies

Since 1990, Larry Cash has conducted six major research projects to validate the accuracy of the Pathfinder:

a sample of 210 individuals seeking career counseling correlated the Pathfinder results with 13 well-established psychological and career tests.

a sample of 328 individuals compared the Pathfinder results with four well validated interest inventories.
a sample of 1,777 individuals with management experience helped develop job profiles for business clients in organizational settings. Over 100 smaller studies created profiles in 35 basic career themes.
a sample of 207 pharmaceutical personnel validated the Pathfinder's capacity to predict employee performance.
a sample of 793 individuals in 31 occupational groups determined the Pathfinder's capacity to identify job-specific occupational groups.
a current sample of over 800 "Young Adults/Students" across Canada compares the Pathfinder with 15 well established Personality and Career Tests.
