While the Pathfinder Career System is intended for use with senior and executive level managers, it is equally appropriate for all levels in the organization. The majority of our clients is either sponsored by their organization or participate in our services as part of a larger consulting engagement we have with the corporation. This does not mean you are not entitled to engage in the Pathfinder Career System process as an independent person. Some of our best success has been with those individuals who choose to invest in their "career future". |
Reliability Validity
The first level of validity is reliability. Test reliability is the consistency of results obtained by the same person when retested with the Pathfinder over varying periods of time from six months to 10 years. |
