While the Pathfinder Career System is intended for use with senior and executive level managers, it is equally appropriate for all levels in the organization.

The majority of our clients is either sponsored by their organization or participate in our services as part of a larger consulting engagement we have with the corporation. This does not mean you are not entitled to engage in the Pathfinder Career System process as an independent person. Some of our best success has been with those individuals who choose to invest in their "career future".

Predictive Validity

In three studies the Pathfinder was able to successfully:

  • predict the future performance of recently-hired employees,

  • identify the performance level of incumbent employees as rated by their supervisors,

  • accurately identify the candidates' achieved managerial level (i.e. were they CEO's, Vice-President's, Middle Managers)

  • predict their career position (Doctor, Lawyer, Sales Representative) by their predictor of performance.
