While the Pathfinder Career System is intended for use with senior and executive level managers, it is equally appropriate for all levels in the organization.

The majority of our clients is either sponsored by their organization or participate in our services as part of a larger consulting engagement we have with the corporation. This does not mean you are not entitled to engage in the Pathfinder Career System process as an independent person.
